during my stay, I really loved how close we were to the Chambers House, which was just over 2 kilometers away, and how convenient it was to grab a bite at Waffle House, only a short walk of about 500 meters from our room.

Encounters with management were disappointing, particularly a check-in incident where the desk staff was dismissive. The lack of courtesy and organization was evident, leading to an unexpected need to find accommodations elsewhere. However, on a positive note, the room ambiance was comfortable and welcoming with no smoking odors, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel’s weekly deals might attract future consideration, but service improvements are necessary.

Perfect for a quiet stay

This place was super clean and safe, which was great for me. The staff was nice and helpful. There’s a picnic area where I grabbed a quick bite. It’s really quiet, but it’s lacking fun stuff for kids, so not the best if you have little ones. Would've loved a pool!

The room felt pretty basic, honestly. The sheets and towels looked dirty, like they weren’t cleaned properly. The bathroom had a weird vibe, a bit run-down, kind of like a jail cell. I did not feel safe with shady characters lurking around outside. It was just not a comforting place at all.

The rates are wallet-friendly, making it a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers. It’s conveniently situated, placing you within striking distance of major attractions, which is great for a family on the go.

Unfortunately, the experience takes a nosedive once you step inside the room. The air conditioning didn’t work like it should, leaving the space uncomfortably warm, and the shower had serious flaws—poor pressure and a drain that couldn’t keep up, leading to a flooded floor. The tile floors felt icy, and the towels were scratchy like sandpaper, not ideal after a shower. Additionally, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with cigarette burns in a supposedly non-smoking room and stained towels. Even the fridge was dysfunctional, emitting a nasty smell that made me wary of keeping food in it. It's a far cry from a relaxing stay.

I loved how convenient the location was-it was super easy to explore all the local attractions! The outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to unwind after a fun-filled day. Plus, my room was cozy and perfect for relaxing with my family!

the location of americas best is really convenient, close to all the major attractions. the rates are budget-friendly, making it a good option for traveling families. i appreciate that they have facilities for families with children. the staff was friendly, and they made us feel welcome during our stay.
